Your overhead would be greater as well, trucking food around, and cooking with containers of propane.


As a result, I'd expect higher prices than a similar brick and mortar venue.


Food sanitation would also be a consideration for my purchases: Does your truck have a ';reefer'; on it that's running 24/7? Also an added expense.
Yes, I would be interested in a mobile food business. Sometimes you just don't feel like cooking or going out to eat, and with delivery, by the time the food gets to you, it's cold and the fries are soggy. Who is your target?...college kids, elderly, mothers? You have a good idea, once you figure out all the kinks.
