What breakfast can I make with croissants, eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese, and cream cheese?

I'm trying to make a Valentine's Day breakfast for my boyfriend and those are the only ingredients I have available for breakfast food. I've never cooked eggs before b/c I hate them, but he loves them so I figured I'd try. 1) bacon and fried eggs. with diced potato on the side. you can also make baked potato. top potatoes with the cheese. croissants on the side.





2) bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with everything else on the side.

slice the croissants in half ( like cutting a bagel)


Make the eggs he likes.


Cook the bacon


Fried the potoatoes (mainly saute until brown and soft)


Layer the like a Egg McMuffin but better!!! Example:

Shred the potatoes and fry them. then scramble the eggs with some seasoning of your choice and slice the bacon into little squares. then put it all onto the croissants and serve with the cheese on it. as for the cream cheese, heck, i don't know, XDD
Scramble your eggs and make like an omlet. Cook a little then add your fried bacon to the egg and fold over. Assemble your croissants with the egg and bacon and top with cheese. Serve fried potatoes on the side.

and shread the pototoes or dive them make a sandwich using the croissants and top with cheese!
Make an omelette witht he bacon eggs and chees. Warm up the croissants and make hash browns with the taters. YUMMM
