Nata Agrya is correctly said in the Castillian.How do to say sour cream in Spainish?
My mom always say nata agria when talking about sour cream.

In Mexico they say Crema agria but in the (Spainish?) I think they say nata agria.
Sour cream can be Nata agria or Crema agria, either way, it is understood when you order something from a restaurant in Spain.
