I am also the very sensitive type of lactose intolerant which means alot of foods affect me.How many lactaid pills should I take if I want to eat sour cream?
Can you stay away from the sour cream? That would be the best. Otherwise, follow the directions. If you have any questions, call any pharmacist. (Preferably where you got the pills.) Pharmacists are SO smart, kind, and helpful.
