I am making Ginger Snaps, and it calls for 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar. I have no idea what that even is, and I want to know what i can use as a substitute. Thanks :)What is a substitute for cream of tartar?
If cream of tartar is used along with baking soda in the recipe, omit both and use baking powder instead.
